How does renting work?
It’s simple — browse our collection, select the dates you need, and place your order. We deliver the gear to your accommodation before your trip begins, and collect it when you’re done.
How do I choose my rental dates?
During checkout, you can select your preferred start and end dates for the rental. Please note that extensions are not guaranteed. If you need additional time, this can be discussed via email on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
Can I rent for just one day?
Absolutely. We offer daily, weekly, and custom duration rentals. There’s no minimum rental period.
How does the deposit work?
A refundable security deposit is released within 5 business days after the gear is returned in good condition.
Returns, Damage & Loss
How do I return items?
Once your rental period is complete, items must be returned by the client. While we offer free delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item is damaged during my rental?
Normal wear and tear is completely expected and covered. For significant damage, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit. We’ll always contact you first with details.
What if something is lost or stolen?
Lost items will be charged at the replacement value, deducted from your deposit. We recommend keeping items secure and reporting any loss immediately so we can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
